Sketch for the painting “Pinocchio”

A simple drawing, yet a deeply meaningful sketch for the artist — created during integration courses in May 2023.
It was while working on this image that he first felt truly original textures begin to emerge from his hand.

The drawing was made through a process of freeform exploration, where lines drawn with multicolored pens intertwine to form flowing and mysterious shapes.
This sketch captures a living sense of experimentation — the moment something personal and recognizable was born.

It was this very sketch that inspired the artist to create his first fully realized digital artwork on the iPad.
Every stroke here, every form, represents a step toward discovering his own artistic identity.
That’s why it holds such special meaning for him.
